​Biofacet Products

Biofacet Products suite is composed of 4 main software, that can be licensed separately.

• Biofacet Engine 2: an improved version of the genuine Biofacet Engine, augmented with specific algorithmics and data-structures for sequence variants management (BiofacetSNP Engine).
• BiofacetCast: a service providing regular updates of reference sequence databases, in Biofacet format.
• BiofacetWeb: Web end-user UI and Web Services for management of sequence databases, proprietary and/or from BiofacetCast.
• BiofacetSNP: management of variant sequence databases, with an end-user Web UI.
